Enquiry data

When you submit a form or send a WhatsApp message we receive the details you provide (name, phone, optional email, event details, message). We use them only to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking. When enabled, email enquiry forms are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, to send submissions to our business email. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp. Do not submit sensitive financial or identity documents through these forms.

Third-party content

Pages may embed Google Maps, YouTube or Vimeo videos. Those providers may set cookies or collect data under their own policies.

Client images

As stated in our Terms, the studio may use event photographs and videos for portfolio and marketing. To opt out, send written notice before the event date to +92 313 40 777 77 (WhatsApp).

Data retention & your rights

Client files are retained for a limited period after delivery (see Terms). You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry details at any time via WhatsApp.
